The route

In The Pickup, meet Meredith Stout, take her deal, and settle All Foods by fighting Maelstrom so she keeps control. In Act 2 she messages you: flirt back, run Venus in Furs at the No-Tell Motel, and it is on the bed afterward. With nudity censorship on, you get an Electric Baton Alpha instead.
Confirmed by published guides, not yet by Vaexil. Nobody here has walked this one in game, so take it as a strong lead rather than a promise. Cross-checked against CD PROJEKT RED patch notes, VULKK, and the Cyberpunk Wiki, for patch 2.31 with Phantom Liberty.
