The route

During Play It Safe, while you are working between the parade snipers, Floor 21 has a locked room. The code is 2906. There is a second copy on a ground floor desk at the Arasaka Estate in North Oak, if you can get over the fence in Act 2 or later.
Confirmed by published guides, not yet by Vaexil. Nobody here has walked this one in game, so take it as a strong lead rather than a promise. Cross-checked against CD PROJEKT RED patch notes, VULKK, and the Cyberpunk Wiki, for patch 2.31 with Phantom Liberty.
